1. I will read all the emails very carefully and understand the root cause of the situation
2. Once I find the problem I will discuss the details with my team and first find the solution of the problem.

3. Then I will address all the concerns of the client in the email and providing him solution and if needed I will talk to the client on Phone or Skype and clear all his problem.
